Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), though this may take a little longer during peak periods or big sales. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are shipped from Cronulla, NSW via Australia Post. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Lovebug Collective does not hold responsibility for any customs charges, import duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply to international shipments. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure about potential charges. Unfortunately, we're unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders refused at delivery or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus any return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once a parcel leaves Lovebug Collective, it becomes the property of Australia Post. If your parcel doesn't reach you within the estimated delivery time, we'll do everything we can to help track it down. Contact us at hello@lovebugcollective.com if you experience any delays.
Every parcel is sent with Australia Post, and tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is posted.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We pick and pack orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you've made a mistake, message us straight away - if it hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to help.

"These are the all round perfect pyjamas, especially if you’re a mum! The pockets, drawstring pants (my toddlers always pulls on my pants and they don’t come down!) I just wish I had these when I was breastfeeding because the buttons down the front are perfect for this.
