Our Return Policy

Not quite right? No worries! If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days for a store credit (valid for 12 months).

The Fine Print:

• Items must be "as new" unworn, unwashed, and with tags on.
• We can't accept returns on sale items. 
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Faulty items:

If something isn't right with your garment, we want to fix it! Email hello@lovebugcollective.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number.

We’ll offer a full refund or replacement for any manufacturing faults.
